Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We currently pack & ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. USPS does not ship on Sundays, so delivery time does not include these days.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Daily Dose Plant-Based Health ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Daily Dose Plant-Based Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost & Damaged Shipments

Daily Dose Plant-Based Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Contactless Delivery Policy

Daily Dose Plant-Based Health now offers Contactless Delivery.  We currently deliver to the Castro Valley, CA area, but will be expanding our delivery services in the near future.

How To Place A Contactless Delivery Order

If you reside or work in Castro Valley, CA, you can now place your order for Contactless delivery.  After adding items to your order, click the "Shopping Cart" text or icon at the top of our website.  Under your order, select "Contactless Delivery" and choose a date and time available.  Add any special instructions (gate codes, etc.) to the "Special Instructions" section in your shopping cart.  We will deliver your order to your address during this time slot.  We will contact you after placing your order if we are unable to deliver and need to reschedule.

What does "Contactless" mean?

"Contactless" means we do NOT accept cash or credit cards on delivery.  All delivery order must be pre-paid by credit card prior to delivery.  Any cash/credit-card on pickup orders that are scheduled for delivery will be cancelled.  "Contactless" also means that we will deliver your order, ring your doorbell or knock, and leave your item on your porch or doorstep.  Our drivers will not wait to make physical contact or hand you your order.  After your order is delivered, you will receive an email that your order is "complete".  Please make sure you are available during your delivery window to prevent theft or misplaced orders.


Contactless Delivery Fees

Contactless delivery fee is $5 anywhere in Castro Valley, CA.  We plan on expanding our delivery radius in the near future.
